As usual, we decided to search for our household pumpkin at the last minute. We were really trying to get a deal because pumpkins are ridiculously expensive at the patches and the ones at our grocery store were nice and cheap, but were nasty looking. We thought, being the day before Halloween and all, there would be some bargains. We were wrong, but were able to get two great looking pumpkins. The girls each chose a pumpkin that would be great for carving while Kai ran around and kicked the baby pumpkins around like soccer balls. Gotta love 2 year olds. We ended up buying the pumpkins at Kai's school, so the proceeds go to his school and church.

Kai was saying "ewwwww" . He didn't like the warty pumpkin. We told him it probably had the best seeds and not to judge!
Eliza tried to help Kai pick out a baby pumpkin. He didn't want one.

Andy and Kai were on carving duty since the girls took off on their bikes after a stray cat. Kai also decided to bring out every piece of silverware we own to help.
