Bed Time Shananigans

In our house, stalling at bedtime usually means the kids hide, pretend they can't hear us, or just verbally protest.  Last night after I had told Peyton to go brush her teeth, I realized she had been in the bathroom for quite a while. I went in to check on her teeth brushing progress and to my surprise she was not brushing her teeth. Do you think I was really that surprised? Of course I wasn't. What I was surprised about was the fact that she was making enormous bubbles out of hand soap and her bare hands. Andy and I were amazed, of course, and egged her on to make bigger ones. Kids are so creative and will try anything to stay up later!
